Made with 48% dill, this pesto is flavoursome but not too overpowering. The addition of almonds and cashew nuts creates a smooth, creamy and versatile pesto.
Sabato dill and almond pesto pairs especially well with all types of fish, is a wonderful addition to an asparagus, pea or broccoli risotto. It can be thinned with a little extra virgin olive oil as a dressing for new potatoes or simply served as a topping for crostini as part of a platter.
