Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.

Shipping days and rates are:

Small Goods (2-5 Business Days):

• Most groceries and accessories are shipped by courier.

Bulk Freight (Up to 10 Business Days):

• Ooni pizza ovens, Ooni tables, Sunmix dough mixers and selected bundles are shipped by bulk freight.

Gozney Pizza Ovens:

Chilled Products (Mozzarella):

• Shipped chilled, North Island only.

Pickup & Local Delivery:

• Some fresh items (e.g. Organic Dough Co. pizza dough) are available for pickup only from our Pukekohe deli at 7A Glasgow Road.
• Pizzata Dough Box subscribers in Auckland receive free Thursday delivery.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Refer to our refund policy for more details.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at ciao@pizzata.co.nz.

Taxes

All items are shipped from our New Zealand Warehouse. Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees and duties.

We are required by law to charge GST (general sales tax) on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
