In this hands-on class, you’ll learn our easy, reliable direct dough recipe and make 1kg of Neapolitan pizza dough entirely by hand (to take home), using a 60–65% hydration method that’s perfect for home pizza makers.
We’ll guide you step by step through mixing, proofing, and balling your dough, which you’ll take home in your own dough tray and lid (included in the price) — ready to impress family and friends.
You’ll also see a live demo of a higher-hydration dough made in a mixer, so you can understand the differences, techniques, and when to use each method.
To round it all out, you’ll get hands-on experience stretching and baking pizzas made from our 24-hour dough, prepared the day before — and of course, you’ll enjoy eating the pizzas you make.
There’s plenty of time for questions, troubleshooting, and dough chat.
