Penne Rigate from Gragnano PGI are short, ridged tubes of artisan pasta, crafted by Pastificio Ducato d’Amalfi, a small producer in the Lattari Mountains and Amalfi Coast.

 Made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and Monti Lattari spring water, each piece is bronze-drawn and slow-dried to preserve flavour, texture, and nutrients. The ridges and firm structure make it perfect for holding sauces and maintaining shape during cooking.
