Made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and pure Monti Lattari spring water, each piece is bronze-drawn and slow-dried to preserve natural flavour, texture, and nutrients.
The result is a rough, ridged surface that holds sauce beautifully — the hallmark of true Gragnano pasta.
